The following policies apply for all purchases made on this Website.

 

SHIPPING

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship internationally using DHL and domestically within the US using USPS and Fedex. Transit times are only estimates and Aseye Studio is not responsible for any carrier service delays.

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

All products are priced in US dollars ($USD).

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Aseye Studio ships from New Jersey, USA and orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding special holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All US domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Fedex. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL. You are responsible for all duties and import taxes associated with your purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Aseye Studio is not responsible for any delays with any carrier services.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES, OR IF INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED. ALLOW 3 -5 DAYS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

You are responsible for providing a secure and correct shipping address. Aseye Studio is not responsible for any delays or loss if the wrong shipping address is provided. If the address entered upon checkout matches the shipping address used for your order, and we receive proof of delivery -- we are not responsible if your order has been misplaced.

Aseye Studio is not responsible for any stolen or misplaced merchandise and we are unable to refund or replace any stolen or misplaced merchandise.

Please contact the carrier service for any investigations for stolen or misplaced orders. Aseye Studio will do our best to provide our proof of shipment and/or other details if necessary.

 

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Aseye Studio does not ship to any P.O. boxes. Please provide a secure and correct address upon checkout. We will contact you via email if a P.O. box is provided to provide an alternative address.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?

At this current time, Aseye Studio is unable to accept any returns or exchanges. We will update if and when this policy changes. All purchased items are marked as FINAL SALE.
