Yes, we ship internationally via DHL and domestically within the U.S. using USPS or FedEx.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Aseye Studio is based in New Jersey, USA. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding special holidays. Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that transit times provided are estimates, and we are not liable for any delays in carrier services.

Important Notice: Customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. Customs authorities require us to declare the order value on the package. Release of your package is at the discretion of customs agents. Aseye Studio cannot be held liable for customs fees, holding times, or incorrect shipping information provided. Please allow 3-5 days for processing before receiving your tracking number or shipment confirmation.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

Once packages leave our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Please reach out to your shipping carrier for assistance. We'll endeavor to offer proof of shipment and any necessary details upon request.

 

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Aseye Studio does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you provide a secure and accurate address during checkout. If a P.O. box is provided, we'll reach out via email to request an alternative address.
